Dr Neville M Bass
Neville Bass is a full time clinician in London's West End, where he has been in private practice for more than twenty-five years. He has been Consultant Orthodontist to the United States Air Force and is a member of the Post-Graduate Orthodontic teaching staffs of the Royal London Dental Hospital and the Eastman Dental Hospital He is a Founder-Member, previously Chairman of the Scientific Committee, Secretary and President (2000-2002) of the Angle Society of Europe. He was President of the British Orthodontic Society for the Year 2000. With a special interest in the Skeletal II malocclusion, he is the originator of the Bass Orthopaedic Appliance System and has published more than 20 articles on Dento-facial Orthopaedics and allied topics. He has lectured and presented courses to a wide International audience over many years and recent major lectures include:- 4th International Congress San Francisco in 1995; Keynote Speaker at the European Orthodontic Congress in 1996; Keynote Speaker at the Australian Orthodontic Congress in 1996; Raymond Begg Memorial Lecture in Melbourne 1996; American Association of Orthodontists, Philadelphia 1997; European Orthodontic Society, Sorrento 2002 and the British Orthodontic Society, Glasgow 2002.
